Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SmartBridge Africa's platforms and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

1. Services Description

SmartBridge Africa provides digital infrastructure platforms including but not limited to:

  • ExchangeNet - Commodity Exchange Infrastructure
  • TradEase - Agricultural Commodity Trading Platform
  • Mojafin - Payment & Settlement Infrastructure
  • OmniCore - Government Registry Platform
  • Kasaka E-Levy - Public Revenue Collection
  • CoopWyze - Cooperative Management System
  • SaiFii - Last-Mile Connectivity Software
  • DIOP - Law Enforcement Operations Platform

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of our platforms, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Security & Compliance

Our platforms employ industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption, TLS 1.3 protocols, mandatory multi-factor authentication, and regular security audits to protect your data and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our platforms or services. Prohibited activities include:

  • Attempting to interfere with or compromise system integrity
  • Using the platforms for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Uploading malicious code or harmful content
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights

4. Fees and Payments

Fees for our platforms and services are outlined in your service agreement. By using paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our platforms are owned by SmartBridge Africa and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartBridge Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our platforms.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our platforms immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
